what I can – and can’t – do for you

I’m Cookie Taylor. I’m not a best-selling author, I’m not internationally renowned and I haven’t worked with ‘celebrities’. I don’t know it all, I’m not perfect and I don’t have all the answers. Which is why I’m the perfect person for you to choose as your coach!

What I can do is bring first-hand experience. 

What I can’t do is fix your problems or give you a key to your ‘perfect’ world.

What I can do is guide you through the exact steps I took to transform my own life.

What I can’t do is do the hard work for you.

What I can do is keep you accountable, focused and driven and be there for you every step of the way.

Friendly Face

I created my coaching programmes from personal experience (learn more about my story here). I’m not just someone who’s set up as a life coach because it’s a feel-good profession; I’m passionate about helping people to transform their lives and actively pursue their dreams, just as I’ve done (learn more about my achievements here). I understand and empathise with what you’re going through because I’ve been through it myself and I’m here to support you, not to judge you. I’ll be with you all the way.

Step-by-Step Plan

I’ve designed three programmes to guide you through a 3-, 6- or 12-months transformation. I’ve tried to make them as straight-forward but concise as possible, based on the exact steps I took to change my own life. I’ve found that taking a step-by-step approach is the most practical and effective way for me to make progress, because at times I simply don’t have the capacity to do anything but methodically work through lists. Having a clear and well-thought-out plan of action is half the battle. 

Support & Friendship

It’s normal to feel daunted when you’re changing your life; sharing progress with like-minded people can make all the difference. Reach4More is a Facebook Group for people who are actively transforming their lives and pursuing their dreams – some are working through my programmes while others are have followed my story for years and are with me on my coaching journey. Email Support

The Cookies Code group is there for you if you’re struggling with something within your programme, need to have a rant or just want to reach out and let others know how you’re getting on. I’m in and out of the group all the time so feel free to connect by posting (remember to tag me in your post). If group support isn’t enough though, I am at the end of an email. I’ll do my best to reply as quickly as possible but it may take a few days (please bear with me as I do receive quite a few messages each week).
